Manager As Team Navigator (MAT) is a highly practical training program for managers to engage, align and lead their team as a whole for going through changes and reaching highly effective results.
You will benefit from MAT when you need to develop managers to lead teams, as part of a leadership development pathway or when you want to prepare and equip your managers to lead in times of change.

Face to Face intervention:
A two day workshop that provides the team leaders with tools to:

Pre-training online assessment.
Preparation and adaptation with the organization
Four annual check points
