More and more organizations look to develop internal coaches. The internal capacity to coach employees and managers has become an important differentiator between companies.  N.E.W.S.® offers the most structured and replicable process to develop internal organizational coaches.

You will benefit from our internal coaching certification when your organizations looks to develop internal coaches that follow a common framework. Pre assessment process for potential participants.


1 supervised coaching process - total 5 hours supervision

Face to Face intervention:
  • 2 online webinars - total 7 hours

  • 5 days coaching development training based on the N.E.W.S.® compass™ - total 40 hours

  • 4 online webinars - total 16 hours

General program vision and goals

Every leader reaches limits at some point in their careers. It’s as if they hit a barrier that prevents them from fully manifesting their own potential, that of their teams and their organization. 
These barriers usually take the form of blind spots or limiting beliefs. Once these barriers are identified, it becomes possible to overcome them and continue to develop themselves and their organizations. This is where organizational coaching comes in.
The essence of the N.E.W.S.® organizational coaching process is to help executives and high potential talents tap into their rich potential, and develop greater capacity to inspire and support the transformation of their teams and organizations, becoming more agile, forward-thinking and able to achieve new and higher levels of excellence and fulfillment.

Student Contact Hours

4 full days preceded by 7 hour webinars and followed by 16 hour webinars + 1 supervised caching process (5 hours) - total 60 hours.

Learning goals
  • To methodologically train participants to coach team leaders, managers and employees inside organization, as part of the process of developing talent and capabilities.

  • To develop participants in 3 levels: Coaching mindset, coaching skills and coaching tools.

  • To offer organizations a structured state of the art comprehensive system that includes assessments, exclusive coaching kits, workbooks and ROI metrics in order to develop coaching capacity.
